Doctor was able to identify the treatment plan for acne and it worked. She is willing to listen and answer all my questions.

One of the questions answered here was whether I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment. No actually I waited well over an hour and that includes a half an hour in a gown in the doctors office waiting. I really appreciate this doctor because she will take the time to speak with me and answer questions and I'm sure if I needed extra time she would give it to me. Apparently there was a lot of crazy things going on that afternoon and I understand stuff like this happens but if the doctor is going to be over an hour late, I believe that the receptionist should call me.
